Please attach a note to the outside of each item being returned including details of the your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and order number (if known).Send all items being returned to the delivery address. Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit, refund or exchange. We suggest that you return your item(s) using a tracked service.All products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Sizing is always a concern when purchasing online. However due to the Supplex fabric used in Brazilian Fitness Wear it’s really not that complicated. New Beginning has provided a size chart with measurements for our sized items (sm, md, lg). Simply measure around the relevant part of your body and you’ve found your size! Our One Size Fits All Brands will fit an xs through to a large. However these Brands run slightly bigger, i.e. tanks are slightly longer and pants/capris sit slightly higher on the waist. So if you are an xs lady these brands will not be as fitted on you as they would be for a medium sized girl. Any questions please feel free to Contact Us. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia within 48 business hours of receiving payment.
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date of your order.
If the product is unused and in its original packaging, the only cost of returning a product is the cost of a return freight. You are responsible for arranging the return of the product to us (including all postal or courier charges).
If you received a faulty or damaged product or not the product that you originally purchased, New Beginning will provide you with a full refund including the return shipping costs – please include the receipt for shipping costs with the returned items.
If the item(s) returned is not in its original packaging, then if we decide to accept the return, we may deduct $10 from the amount to be refunded or the value of the exchange item.
We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund or to exchange it for another product. The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:
1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
2. You must post your item within 14 days of the date you received the item.

4. The only products that cannot be returned are clearance items from our sale page.
